Will has over 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Will was a Managing Director in the Corporate Private Equity Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. While at Goldman Sachs, he served on the board of directors for software and tech-enabled services companies such as Sterling, Aptos, CommerceHub and Fortress Information Security. Previously, he held positions at Apax Partners and Bain & Company.

He has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS and MS from the School of Engineering at Stanford University.
