Advancing Portfolio of Cross-Platform Database Tools with Data Infrastructure Automation

HOUSTON – September 19, 2019 – Idera, Inc., parent company of global B2B software productivity brands, today announced an agreement to acquire the software assets and related entities of WhereScape Software LTD., a leading provider of data infrastructure automation software. WhereScape will join Idera, Inc.’s Database Tools business unit that includes IDERA, AquaFold, and Webyog, significantly expanding the breadth and depth of the company’s cross-platform database solutions.
